Day 1
Welcome to Colombo
When you arrive in Sri Lanka you will be greeted at the airport and taken to your hotel. After settling into the hotel, you will begin your journey to discover this beautiful island. You’ll visit places of historical significance and experience nature in its purest form. Day 2
Explore Negombo, Pinnawala and Habarana
You cannot leave Sri Lanka without seeing the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. The orphanage is situated northwest of Kandy, on the road to Colombo. The orphanage provides refuge & food, medical care and education to a group of 25 elephants who lost their mothers at a very young age. Learn about the intriguing method of farming and experience life in authentic chena cultivation. Return back to Hotel in the evening Overnight stay at Hotel in Dambulla.
Day 3
Explore Dambulla, Sigiriya and Kandy

Day 4
Discover the Beauty of Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
Today you will visit Nuwara Eliya, the Hill capital of Sri Lanka, nicknamed the “Little England of Ceylon”, due to its British Colonial heritage. It is a hill station situated at an altitude of 1,868m and is surrounded by mountains and tea plantations in the famed Central Highlands. From the top of the famous rock of Adam’s Peak (Sri Pada), you will be able to see out across surrounding plains, up to the ocean borders with India. You will be transferred from Kandy railway station to Nuwara Eliya, where you will arrive in the afternoon. Take a tour of the tea factory in Nuwara Eliya. Check into the Hotel and Freshen up.
Day 5
Explore the Wonders of Nuwara Eliya and Galle
This morning you will proceed to Galle, the final destination of your journey. There is a guided tour of the famous Dutch Fort and a stroll along the harbor. Then visit Sampoora, an old Dutch church built in 1673 and restored as a museum in 1853. The church cemetery has graves of many sailors who were murdered by the Portuguese while they were repairing their ship ‘Muhree’ in 1517. Check into hotel and freshen up. Overnight stay at Hotel in Galle.
Day 6
Trip Ends
Today, your chauffer will pick you up at the hotel after breakfast and proceed to Ambalangoda where you will experience a visit to mass factory that offers many local produce ranging from spice, sugar cane and coconut. You will be taken through the premises on a guided tour before enjoying some free time. After lunch, you will explore Moonstone mine in Polhena. Here, you can witness the mining process taking place. Be sure to bring your camera and get a photo of all facets of this interesting experience that has been going on for centuries. Proceeded by this excursion is an exciting city tour in Colombo where you will visit city center as well as landmarks such as Independence Square & Galle Face Green. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in the city center of Colombo and then continue to explore Fort & Slave Island. Then, transfer to the airport for your onwards flight.
