Welcome to Tbilisi
A local representative will greet you when you arrive at the Tbilisi International Airport and drive you to your hotel as part of your 4-day Tbilisi holiday package. The remainder of the day is yours to do as you like. It is advised that you unwind in your cozy room for a while before stepping outside to explore the area. Stay overnight.
Day 2
Tbilisi City Tour
After having your delicious breakfast at the hotel, your day 2 will special tour will start. Today will get the opportunity to visit more than a hundred years old Konka Station which is a horse-drawn narrow gauge tramway railway. You will be taken to witness the Gabriadge Thearter Area having an old city atmosphere and continue your walk towards the Sioni Cathedral which is the largest sanctuary of the Georgian Orthodox Church through the narrow streets. You can enjoy coffee from the thematical coffee shops if you like while passing St. Nino’s cross. Day 3
Explore the ancient capital of Georgia!
Start your day with a delicious breakfast so that you can start your day two exploration by visiting Jvary Monastery. You won’t believe the sight in front of your eyes when you see the picturesque view of the mountain with clouds and in front of that this monastery. The monastery's name translates as "Monastery of the Cross.", built in the sixth century near Mtskheta, Jvari Monastery is located on the rocky mountain at the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. Your English- speaking tour guide will keep on helping you explore these places by telling you the history behind these heritage sites because your day 2 is dedicated to the rich heritage of Georgia. After visiting this old church, you will move forward to Mtskheta, one of the oldest cities of Georgia, founded by the ancient Meschian tribes in the 5th century. This place served as the coronation and burial place for most kings of Georgia until the end of the kingdom in the 19th century and has a historical significance. After finishing the exploration of Mtskheta, you will head toward Ananur which was the castle of the Eristavis who ruled the area in the 13th century. After Ananuri, you will stop for a lunch in Pasanauri a small town in Dusheti, Georgia. After enjoying the flavorsome lunch, you will be taken to a Friendship Memorial in Gudauri located nearby the Jinvali Water Reservoir. This place is known as the Treaty of Georgievsk Monument built in 1983 to celebrate the bicentennial of the treaty. Now it's time for some thrilling snow activities in Gudauri. Your day 3 of Georgia vacation ends now so return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4
Sayonara Georgia!
