Day 1
Tour Starts
You will be picked up by your driver once you step foot in Sri Lanka and will be taken on a journey to discover the wonders of the island. Enjoy the brightness of the island nation, embrace the intoxicating beauty of the golden beaches, the rich history and wilderness and much more. After spending time on the beaches, the Sri Lanka tour package includes visiting Negombo. You will be given a tour of the distillery process at Rockland Arrack factory. You will be taken to several restaurants and pubs and be offered to stay at the ideal accommodations. Check in to hotel and freshen up. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel in Negombo.
Day 2
Explore the Wonders of Negombo and Dambulla
You will be taken to Dambulla after breakfast. You will learn how to farm with the locals and be given exposure to the authentic chena cultivation. Check into the hotel and freshen up. Late afternoon, you will be taken to Dambulla cave temple, a sitting on a massive hill on the edge of the town, one of the 8 UNESCO world heritage sites in the country. It is known for its sculptures and biggest mural paintings. Return back to hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at Hotel in Dambulla.
Day 3
Tour of Dambulla, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya and Dambulla
After breakfast, you will be taken to Polonnaruwa, the royal ancient city, as a part of your Sri Lanka holiday package. You will be taken on a guided tour of the Sigiriya fortress, an 8th wonder of the world, a rare treasure in Sri Lanka. It is a buxom, wasp- waisted maidens bearing flowers, nestled among the wilderness and old ruins. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Dambulla.
Day 4
Excursion from Dambulla, Minneriya to Kandy
You will be taken to Minneriya national park, after breakfast, where you will go on a jeep safari. You will be taken to the spice garden in Matale, known for its spices that stirred the interests of several nations. You will arrive in Kandy in the afternoon and will be taken to the temple of the tooth in the evening. Return to the hotel in Kandy to spend the night.
Day 5
Visit Kandy and Ella
You will be taken to Ella, the hill country destination, a part of your Sri Lanka family package, which also includes a train safari from Kandy to Nanu Oya. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Nuwara Eliya, the Little England of Sri Lanka, nestled in the hills of this heavenly isle. A resemblance of the colonial environment resembles a British countryside with rose gardens, hedges and red- roofed bungalows. En route experience a city tour in Nuwara Eliya including a tea plantation. You will be arrived in Ella in the afternoon. Check in to hotel and freshen up Overnight stay at Hotel in Ella.
Day 6
Discover Ella and Mirissa
You will be taken to your final destination, Mirissa, after breakfast. You will discover the Ravana falls in Ella, on your way to Yalla. You can even enjoy a farmer’s lunch in the afternoon. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel in Mirissa.
Day 7
Travel from Mirissa, Galle to Colombo and Depart to Airport
You will be taken to watch whales in Mirissa early in the morning. After a lovely morning of watching whales, you will be taken to see Galle Dutch fort in Colombo. Living in a time capsule home, Galle is the biggest occupied fort in Asia, known for its beauty that goes beyond its golden beaches, cerulean waters, stunning views and rich history. Transfer guest to Colombo. En route experience a city tour and shopping tour in Colombo. Transfer guests to Airport Departure. End of the tour.
